You have the right to cancel the purchase of goods under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013] without having to give a reason at any time within the “cooling off period” of fourteen working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods.

In order to cancel your order with us, please let us know of your decision to cancel by emailing us at cowpainter@hotmail.com. If you are in possession of the goods you are under the duty to retain them and take reasonable care of them. You must send the goods back to us to our contact address as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract. We shall be entitled to make a reduction from the refund due to you for any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling of the goods.

Once you have notified us that you wish to cancel the contract, any sum debited to us will be refunded to you as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your cancellation.
