The return of The Open to Royal Portrush in 2019 after a gap of 68 years was a momentous occasion for the Club, the town of Portrush and Northern Ireland. Over 237,500 spectators attended the event during the week, making it the second largest attended Open in history. Royal Portrush will serve as host again in 2025.
